Help with signing in

If you’re using an ON PLAN test build, return to the app and enter the six-digit code from your email. If it has expired, request a new code in the app.

Never send us your sign-in code or password. A description of the problem, your device type and app version will help.

Account and privacy requests

Use the same support email for questions about your account, personal data or deletion. Use this consumer Gmail inbox only for minimal support or rights correspondence. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, health histories, photos or identity documents. If sensitive evidence is necessary, contact us first and send it by post to Matthew Walker trading as ON PLAN, 7 Mill Close, Blakedown, Kidderminster, DY10 3NQ, United Kingdom. Google operates consumer Gmail under its own terms and privacy policy; ON PLAN has no processor DPA for this inbox.
